Growing up in a family of helpers and healers I always felt a natural pull to helping others. It was due to this pull that I pursued my undergraduate degree in Psychology and then my Masters in Clinical Social Work.
I have worked in traditional outpatient programs where I have provided therapy to highly specialized intensive outpatient programs providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to individuals struggling with eating disorders and self-harm. I have held assistant director and clinical director positions at two different agencies. In my role as a clinical director, I guided the clinical services of five different therapeutic programs serving children and adolescents. While in this role, I became a Certified Clinical Supervisor. I also developed and provided multiple trainings for other mental health providers on topics such as Child Development, Attachment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Clinical Supervision.
Currently in my practice I offer individual therapy to adults, couples therapy, and family therapy. I specialize in working with anxiety, OCD, depression, adult ADHD, and grief and loss.
