Services

As every individual is unique, I feel that it is important to customize my approach for each person.  In my practice I offer a variety of therapies and service modalities to best match each individual and family that I work with.

Individual Therapy:  My approach to individual therapy is collaborative and nonjudgmental.  My goal is to help you develop the insights and skills to overcome whatever difficulties or barriers that are blocking your way.  I provide support and guidance to help you find more effective ways to navigate through your thoughts, feelings, and/or interactions with others.

Family Therapy:  In my practice I offer Family Therapy and Parent Support.  Family Therapy refers to working with either the entire family unit or parts of the family unit (parent-child, sibling-sibling, etc) to strengthen communication and reduce conflict and strain on relationships. I also work with parents/caregivers separately to provide Parent Support.  These are times when I meet with parents without the child or adolescent present to offer feedback and guidance as to potential behavioral interventions, communication skills, and supportive strategies to best manage your child’s needs.
